Description
Living the high life on board a superyacht can require the generators to run twenty-four hours per day, something not always allowed in many harbours. However, the Shoremaster enables you to moor in the place of your choice and to connect to any local shore power connection anywhere in the world. From Barbados to St.Tropez, from Stavanger to Florida. No matter what the voltage and frequency on offer. Your Shoremaster will automatically provide the appropriate power to your on board equipment.
Supplying the power is only half the story because the Shoremaster also stabilizes and converts the incoming power for your safety and convenience. In the meantime it takes care of a safe separation between the shore power connection and on board circuits. Finally, it delivers high start-up power to counterbalance the peak load caused by the activation of air-conditioning and other equipment with a high initial power surge. All this is provided without annoying high-frequency noise.
This Shoremaster model is able to draw power from two separate shore connections, ensuring that your boat still runs at full capacity in the event of limited available shore power. With the single-phase input option the Shoremaster Compact can be used in marinas where a three-phase system is not available. In the case of a single-phase input, the output power is reduced to 60% of its nominal rating. |
