Mastervolt becomes part of Advanced Systems Group (ASG)

Mastervolt – a global leader in electrical systems and components for the marine and mobile market – is delighted to announce today that it has become part of Advanced Systems Group (ASG)

The Advanced Systems Group (ASG) is a division of Brunswick Corporation and aims to lead the marine and mobile industries in system design and integration, parts and accessories and provide end-to-end vessel and vehicle electrical integration services for customers.

The formation of Advanced Systems Group (ASG) will bring together the brands of the Power Products Group, of which Mastervolt has been part of for the last six years, along with Attwood, Garelick, MotorGuide and Whale, to operate as a single commercial organisation. Operating in EMEA as Advanced Systems Groups (ASG) EMEA, the brands will come together to offer customers considerable innovative benefits, excellent service and support.

As a consequence of this integration, Mastervolt BV’s legal company name will change to Advanced Systems Group (ASG) EMEA BV.

Ton de Winter, President of Advanced Systems Group (ASG) EMEA, comments; “Whilst the name Mastervolt is fondly embedded into our business and well known in both the marine and mobile industry, it is a major milestone to become part of ASG. This is an important step in supporting and aligning with the global ASG vision to make consumer experiences safer and more enjoyable by becoming the world’s most trusted partner to the marine and mobile industries.”

“The Mastervolt brand will live on through ASG as we become part of the broadest and most complete electrical product group for every conceivable application. As the business is transitioned into ASG EMEA I am excited by the new opportunities that will be available to our customers in the future.”

In the coming weeks, the ASG EMEA commercial team will be contacting customers to discuss these new changes further and to ensure a smooth transition. Existing customers can contact their account manager directly with any questions.
