Mastervolt B.V. is an innovative, successful company based in Amsterdam, member of the listed Brunswick group (BC). We are engaged in high quality reliable power systems for autonomous use along with a broad portfolio of parts and accessories brands. We operate in the Marine and Mobile market, for leisure and professional business. There are Mastervolt offices in Amsterdam (HQ), England, Germany and France, and sister companies in the US and New Zealand. In Europe we have 80 employees.

Product development takes place in our Amsterdam and New Zealand office. Our Sales organization is typically B2B; we work close with our dealer network, distributors and OEM’s.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

SALES MANAGER MARINE GERMANY (North/Mid region)

Excellent position for a B2B sales professional

 

Job Profile
You will be responsible for further development of the business in the Northern-Mid Germany region. You will be reporting to the managing director Germany.

Your activities are;

  • Business planning; investigate markets and define the regional sales and action plan
  • Account Management: maintain and develop relationships with customers
  • Business development: identify new opportunities (per brand, per channel, market segment or via        geographical expansion)
  • Channel management: develop strategic distribution structure by appointing or rationalizing distributors. Identify and train their key people and/or OEM customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues within Mastervolt such as customer service, product management, application engineering and other sales teams
  • You will be the brand ambassador for all our brands; Mastervolt, Ancor, BEP, Blue Sea, CZone, Lenco, Marinco and ProMariner


Your profile

  • B.Sc. level education or comparable
  • At least 5 years of international sales experience
  • High level of initiative and entrepreneurial drive
  • Affinity with technical products is a big plus
  • Strong negotiating skills and business sense
  • Your working style is solution oriented and pragmatic
  • You are down to earth, humor would be nice, and can work with teams
  • This position requires intensive travelling.
  • You might reside in the Hamburg area, but this is not a must
  • You are fluent in English and German language
