Over recent years our company has grown quickly, and we are now looking to expand our commercial sales operation further in the Middle East and Continental Africa regions. To strengthen our team, we are now recruiting for a new Sales Manager to cover this territory.

Job Profile
You will be responsible for further development of the business in the Middle East and Continental Africa region, including the 5 main geographical regions (North Africa, West Africa, East Africa, Central Africa, South Africa) in addition, the role will also be responsible for Israel, Lebanon, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Oman and Yemen. The prime responsibility will be to manage and grow the business in the Aftermarket/Retail sector. You may also be required at times to assist in these regions with other market sectors. You will be reporting directly to the OEM and Channel Director with additional reporting lines into other parts of the business where necessary.


  • Planning: Investigate markets and define the regional sales and action plan on an annual basis, in line with our company wider goals and metrics.
  • Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers throughout the regions.
  • Business development: Identify new opportunities by brand, channel, market segment or geographical region.
  • Channel management: Develop a strategic distribution structure by appointing or rationalizing distributors. Identify and train their key people and/or OEM customers.
  • Collaboration: Have a joined- up approach with colleagues across multiple departments such as Customer Service, Product Management, Application Engineering, Marketing and Commercial Sales Team.
  • You will be the brand ambassador for all of our brands: Mastervolt, Ancor, BEP, Blue Sea, CZone, Marinco, ProMariner, Lenco, MotorGuide, Whale, Garelick and Attwood.

Candidate Profile

  • B.Sc. level education or comparable.
  • At least 5 years of international sales experience.
  • High level of initiative and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Affinity with technical products.
  • Strong negotiating skills and business sense.
  • Your working style is solution oriented and pragmatic.
  • You are down to earth, humor would be nice, and can work with teams.
  • This position requires intensive travelling.
  • Preferably resident in EMEA.
  • You are fluent in English.
