Become a Mastervolt Pro

Mastervolt aims to provide its consumers and users with world-class products and service. To provide this support, we rely on a broad network of Mastervolt dealers like yourself. As a Mastervolt PRO, you’ll represent the worldwide leader in the management, conversion and storage of electrical energy with years of proven innovation and advances in power solution technology.

Benefits of Being a Mastervolt PRO:

  • Access to the entire Mastervolt line of products, including lithium batteries.
  • Access to online and in person training to stay up to date on the latest technology.
  • Inclusion on the online Mastervolt Dealer locator to help drive business to you.
  • Eligibility to perform warranty work on behalf of Mastervolt at a reimbursable rate.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide first line of support to customers.
  • Maintain staff who are trained and understand Mastervolt products.
  • Attend in person training required for your level of participation.
  • Employ at minimum one technician who holds a valid ABYC Marine Electrical certification, based on your level of participation.

Navico Group offers three dealer types under our Mastervolt PRO Program. Please contact your Regional Sales Manager to gather more information about which dealer type is right for you.

How to Become a Mastervolt PRO

  1. Speak with your Regional Sales Manager to see if you qualify.
  2. If you qualify, fill out the online application and be sure to provide a point of contact for your company who we can direct communication and opportunities.
  3. If your business is accepted, your company will be set up with access to the Navico Online Learning Academy (NOLA) which is an online learning platform to learn more about our Mastervolt products.
  4. Upon passing all mandatory courses assigned to you in NOLA, your company will be certified for one year.
  5. Attend an in-person training event every 1-2 years, based on level of participation. 

How to Maintain your Status as a Mastervolt PRO

  1. Maintain staff who are trained and who are current in their NOLA courses and classroom training.
  2. Maintain a current ABYC marine electrical certified employee on staff, based on your level of participation.
